For parties of 50 or more, or if additional accessibility is preferred for your guests, your Stillwater events team will source everything needed to bring your reception to life on the Clover Lawn.

Planning Rates & Packages

Rates are based on venue rental only for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday booking. Food and beverage, outdoor furnishings, and tent rental will be arranged by your Stillwater Events team after booking and are not included in these prices.

Food & Beverage Planner

The maximum capacity of The Pony Up, our indoor reception space, is 50 people. For parties with more than 50 guests, the reception will be held in a tent on the Clover Lawn.
