Woodland Wonder

For over 175 years, people have come to this land to find healing and inspiration in nature's beauty. ​Originally, this was a place for fishing and fox hunting, a history that inspired the equestrian lifestyle that still exists here today.

The outdoor amphitheater is a site for small gatherings, concerts, and presentations under the stars. Guests can also wander the trails and access the lake.​

Done For You

Your rental includes all of your indoor furnishings plus options for food, beverage, and decor. Your event planner will help with organizing all the details.
The Pony Up is located above the horse stables. Newly constructed in 2021 with premium finishes and appliances, the 1,000 sq. ft. loft has cathedral ceilings, climate control, and a full bathroom and bar. It can effortlessly convert from studio space to dinner or a lounge and then back again.

"I hosted a day of trauma-informed wellness at Stillwater for women of color, and it was a phenomenal experience! Rachel was a superb host and made space for the women (many of whom were hesitant to travel) feel comfort on the property. Our time with the horses showcased another level of trust with a larger animal and understanding within oneself. She took her time and guided us through the process of building a solid foundation with which to approach the horses. All of which tied into our day of wellness. An Equine Welcome

Our signature experience! Horses are staged in the barn and nearby paddocks with a guide to help say hello. A fun and photo friendly experience for all levels of experience and confidence.

Rates are based a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday events that are happening within 90 days of reserving. ​​Food and beverage, outdoor furnishings, and tent rental will be arranged by your Stillwater Events team after booking and are not included in these prices.

The maximum capacity of The Pony Up, our indoor reception space, is 50 people. For parties with more than 50 guests, the event will be held in a tent on the Clover Lawn. ​
