Saying "I Do"

Start off your anticipated excitement together with a first look in front of the barn, completely captured in lens.

Embrace one another under beautiful ancient trees in our forest ceremony space or our elegant stand-alone Oak tree, accented by green rolling horse pastures. Your photographer will capture your most precious moments during your half hour ceremony.

From here, you'll have the option to take more photos together surrounded by the horses, along our wood fence lines.

Your Afterglow & Overnight

A little toast to your forever + A stay to remember

Champagne Toast + Your Stay

Join your guests for your Mini Afterglow in the celebration space above the stables, our elegant Pony Up Loft & Lounge.

Clink glasses and capture final photos as you enjoy a toast and a slice from your own Mini Wedding Cake. Your cake flavor? Your choice! Extra spirits will be available from the optional Pony Up Cash Bar.

Your Cabin Stay-The Little Cherry on Top-

Once your Mini Afterglow has concluded and you've said farewell to your guests, continue your celebrations together at your own pace with your included overnight cabin stay.

WALKTHROUGH

Your Stillwater team will schedule your optional walkthrough, so you can feel fully prepared for your special day.

MAKE IT YOURS

As we plan for your celebration, you'll work with our Stillwater Wedding Coordinator to confirm your flower colors, your bouquet/boutonniere choices, cake flavor + initials, and any add-ons you'd like to include.

PARK & PREP IN STYLE

Arrive & park up to half an hour before your ceremony to enjoy some moments primping and prepping in one of our guest cabins.

OFFICIANT SERVICES

Stillwater is excited to offer officiant services by the wonderful Scott Stangeland for your special day. You are also welcome to choose your own officiant.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Stillwater is delighted to present you with a photographer for your celebration! Your photographer will spend one hour with you and capture your (optional) first look, ceremony, fence line scenes, and your afterglow photos. You'll receive 20 edited images in total.

YOUR CABIN STAY

You'll receive check in and check out instructions prior to your special day. Check out is at noon the following day.

YOUR GUESTS

You're allowed 8 guests for a total of ten people in your party, with the option to add up to 10 additional guests.

Enjoy extra festivities and spirits from the Pony Up Cash Bar above the stables, available to you during your afterglow.
