- Gift vouchers do not expire.
- There are no blackout dates.
- Reservations can be made 90 days-24 hours in advance of arrival, based on availability
- We cannot guarantee that a certain travel date or cabin will be available.
- We are open all year.
- Voucher codes are not redeemable for cash.
- You can cancel a voucher reservation up to 7 days before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the voucher.
- You can transfer your voucher. Just send us a email to process the change.
- You can only use 1 voucher per stay.
- To redeem, shop our reservations desk to select your cabin and travel date then send us an email with your voucher code. These redemption Instructions are printed on the voucher.
- We do not charge extra cleaning fees or taxes upon redemption.
- We will mail you a voucher or you can download one from the website (and we'll provide a unique code that you can fill in).
Last minute? Download a printable card and send an email to [email protected]. We can process your payment over the phone and issue your give card voucher code in a jiffy.
