After we've received your order, we will email you with the unique voucher code that will be used at time of booking. You can print out the voucher below or we can mail out a pretty, "official" certificate like the one pictured above.
Answers to Commonly asked Questions.
- Gift vouchers do not expire.
- There are no blackout dates.
- Reservations can be made 90 days-24 hours in advance of arrival, based on availability
- We cannot guarantee that a certain travel date or cabin will be available.
- We are open all year (Yes - even the private hot tubs!).
- Voucher codes are not redeemable for cash.
- We offer cancellations up to 7 days before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the voucher.
- Vouchers are transferrable. Just send us a email to process the change.
- You can only use 1 voucher per stay.
- To redeem, shop our reservations desk to select your cabin and travel date then send us an email with your voucher code. These redemption Instructions are printed on the voucher.
- We do not charge extra cleaning fees or taxes upon redemption.
- We will mail you a voucher or you can download a blank one (see below) and we'll provide a unique code that you can use to complete the certificate.
Last minute? Download a printable card and send an email to [email protected]. We can process your payment over the phone and issue your give card voucher code in a jiffy.
