Food & Beverage Planner

The food and beverages for your party will be arranged by Stillwater and provided by our trusted catering partners. This guide provides examples of our most popular choices and will give you an idea of your options and costs. 

The pricing provided throughout this guide are estimates.

​All menu items and prices are subject to availability and market price adjustment. ​After you've locked in your date at Stillwater, our team will work with you to determine the most suitable menu and vendor line up for your party. At that time, we can provide a quote.

Nisha Farooq, chef and owner of Cooper's Dish, is a beloved fixture at Stillwater Stables. Known for her beautifully crafted, nourishing, and intentional cuisine, she brings a deeply personal touch to every service she creates.

Cooper's Dish offers plated dinners, buffet, and family-style offerings. Nisha and her staff can provide full service for your meal or drop off for self-service. You can also add beverages, bartending service, and sweets to your order.

Stillwater clients can schedule a 6-item tasting with Nisha. The cost is $100, which is applied to your order.

2 Entrees/ 2 Sides / 1 Salad- $38/person
Add a salad, side, or entrée for $3-7 per person
Beverage service: $4-6 per person

For Dessert: Sweet Tooth Bake Shop

We’re thrilled to have discovered a local gem: Sweet Tooth Bake Shop. From her home kitchen, Christina creates baked goods made with farm-fresh eggs and homemade vanilla. From cake pops and brownie baskets to simple, elegant couples' cakes, her creations are perfect for special occasions—and every bit as creative as they are delicious.

Prices average $12-$16 per person and includes display, set-up, and take down. Drop off and delivery also available.
