Welcome to your cabin, and welcome to a bit of cozy- paired with peace and serenity. Check out these quick tips for enjoying your stay with us. 

Arrivals

​You can get quick and accurate driving directions if you Google “Stillwater Stables & Stays” and then click "Directions" from our business listing. Google Maps is also a good option. Do not use Waze, it will send you to the wrong location. When you arrive, drive slowly down our (very long!) driveway and follow the instructions that were provided in your check-in messages to find your cabin.

the best way to If you know you'll be arriving after dark, feel free to message us. Our team will turn your cabin lights for your arrival. 

Come early, stay late, add a day.

Check In: 3 PM
Check Out: 12 PM

​You can add an early arrival, a late check out, and even extend your stay another day! Just email us or use the link in the confirmation text messages. Based on Availability.

Packing List

  • Your cabin has what you need for coffee in the morning, plus cooking basics and condiments. There's a refrigerator and freezer too, so no need for a cooler. Just bring your own food and beverages.
  • If you're planning to hang out with us in the barn and around the horses or if you want to hit the trails, you'll need to be wearing closed-toe, leather shoes or hiking boots.
  • Cozy slippers! Packing your favorite slippers is a good idea. The hardwood floors in your cabin can feel chilly, especially during the winter.
  • Flip flops are handy for skipping back and forth to the hot tub. ​
  • Binoculars are a fun way to watch the wildlife and birds!

Your cabin is provisioned with all of the essentials, but we understand that you might be missing your favorite gadget or could be in need of something extra. We are happy to deliver any of these additional items to your cabin upon request.​
