Exclusively for our Clients Hosting Private Events

Prices are per person for a 6-hour bar unless otherwise described. Prices include set up and breakdown, a portable bar and plastic drinkware (for tented events), plus ice, equipment, sodas, mixers, garnishes and alcohol. ​Servers, bartending staff and taxes are not included in this pricing.

Your event coordinator will prepare a custom quote with additional considerations for the size of your party and any variation on the length of bar service item.

A Sparkling Welcome: $8 

Guests are greeted with a 4 oz pour of sparkling wine. Includes a Non-Alcoholic option, flutes and server. This item is half-price when added to a beer and wine or open bar package.​

Beer & Wine: $24

Choose two beer offerings (Michelob Ultra, Budweiser, or Rolling Rock) plus three selections from our house wine collection. Due to unexpected shifts in inventory, features may vary. Ask us about booking a wine tasting or purchasing bottles to try at home.

Signature Cocktails: $10

Pick from our signature cocktail list or let us create something to compliment your theme and colors. This item includes two batched cocktails using any spirit. This item is half-price when added to a beer and wine package. No charge with an open bar package.

Mocktails & Elevated N/A: $9 

Providing up to 3 premium sodas and two garnished and gorgeous non-alcoholic concoctions. Custom orders encouraged. This item is half-price when added to a beer and wine. No charge with an open bar package.​

Full, Open Bar: $38

For a full bar package, select three spirits from: Beefeater Gin, Bacardi Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Tito’s Vodka, Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, or Baileys Irish Cream. You’ll also choose two beers and two wines from our house wine list (offerings vary based on time of booking). Our bartenders will help craft signature cocktails and coordinate all necessary mixers, juices, and sodas. Water and coffee service are included as well.​

Dinner Service Wine Pour: $65 

Flat rate, not hourly. This service is complimentary for events that are staffed with a Stillwater Event Steward.

Cash Bar: $850 flat rate

Stillwater will open and staff our premium bar for a flat rate, allowing your guests to choose what they like pay directly with cash or credit card.
​

Classic Essentials: $6 

Bottled water plus and a selection of refreshing soft drinks, freshly brewed coffee, lemonade and tea. This item is included with a beer and wine or open bar package.​​

Consumption Items

Add specialty spirits or liquors to your open bar and pay only when the bottle is opened.

Specialty Glassware: $2.50 each

Elevate your outdoor cocktail service and swap plastic with glassware.

Rates are per person based on 2 hours of service.

Mimosa Bar:  $18

A Bloody Mary Bar, sparkling wine, various juices, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Yuengling and your choice of two house wines.
